West Midlands Council
Malcolm Thomas is Secretary of the West Midlands Council, which is made up of the six branches listed below. The principal aim of the Federation is to protect railway pensions and travel facilities, while also promoting a strong social environment, allowing friendships to develop with fun and happy banter. It is hoped these details will help you to select the branch in the West Midlands that best suits your needs. All branches in this Council offer Welfare support and some also issue a newsletter. You will be assured of a warm welcome, whichever branch you join!

Birmingham Branch

Annual subscription £3.00. (Members' spouses may join at a lower fee of £2.00)
The Birmingham Branch meets regularly in the downstairs room at the United Services Club, Gough Street, Birmingham on selected dates in March (AGM), July and November. Please note that this year, our meeting will take place on Mondays, instead of our usual Wednesdays, owing to problems with the venue.
Please support Branch Meetings, as it is very disheartening when attendance is poor and a Guest Speaker or entertainment has been arranged.
It is hoped that as many members, spouses and friends as possible will attend our meetings, which promise to be both interesting and entertaining.
