 | Venue: the
National Memorial Arboretum, Croxall Road, Alrewas, near Lichfield,
Staffordshire DE13 7AR |
 | The
dedication ceremony will take place at 14:00 hours
 |
The
service of dedication will be conducted around our memorial.
Maurice Holmes OBE, President of the British Transport Pensioners'
Federation, will lead and the Revd. James Lindsay of The Railway
Mission, currently Chaplain (East Midlands), will conduct the
service. |
|
 | The
National Memorial Arboretum is well worth a visit and a free shuttle
bus service will be available on that day between Burton-upon-Trent,
Lichfield City/Trent Valley stations to and from the National Memorial
Arboretum. |
 | It is the
wish that representatives from the Southampton & District Branch
of the Old Southeronians Association will be able to attend. |
 | The most
convenient way would be to travel on the 08:00 hours from Southampton
Central to Waterloo and then on the 10:46 hours from London Euston to
Lichfield Trent Valley (without any changes). Please check your train
times before travelling. |
 | Please
contact David Mead if you would like to join the group.
